about ron t. kim

Currently a NYC public servant, I focus on citywide transportation issues and economic development. A proponent of effective and equitable solutions, I'm constantly working towards streamlined & sustainable models in the public sector. Politically, I volunteer with various democratic organizations and in 2006, I ran for the Democratic District Leader position in Queens, New York. A graduate of Hamilton College (Clinton, NY), I majored in Political Science and wrote my senior thesis on international democratization and political theory. At Hamilton, I played on the varsity football team and was a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity International. I also hold a Master in Public Administration from Baruch College (New York) and was a 2005 National Urban Fellow (www.nuf.org). Please drop me an email if you want to chat about policy, politics, community development, govt, etc.
